Leak Detection Checklist

Fill the pool to its normal operating level.

The pool needs to be full enough to allow us to properly test for water loss. If you’re having trouble keeping the water level up due to a larger leak please get in touch with us!

Keep the water clear and algae free.

We need to be able to see the pool floor, walls, fittings, skimmers, and other areas clearly.

Open access to swimming pool and equipment.

Make sure your pump, filter, valves, and other equipment are accessible the day of your appointment. This includes unlocking pool houses, gates, or other structures.

Remove covers, toys, and sweepers from the pool.

Please make sure your pool is uncovered and there are no sweepers, toys, or debris in the pool to allow us to begin testing as soon as we arrive.

*If your pool is not ready to be tested when we arrive you may be charged a $100 service fee and your appointment will need to be re-scheduled.
